Test Post

This November, we are voting on the very important ballot measure 88: Driver Card for Oregon Safe Roads.  Measure 88 will allow the DMV to issue limited Driver Cards to Oregonians who aren’t eligible for a traditional Driver License, but still need a safe and legal option to get to work, church, and school. To receive get a driver card, Oregon residents will need to pass a written test, a behind-the-wheel driver test and provide proof of residence, identity and date of birth. Driver cards will be used as proof of driving privileges, but can’t be used as identification for air travel, to register to vote, or to enter a federal building.
